Tournament Committee
Coordinates our Holmen-hosted tournaments from end to end — team registration, securing venues, volunteer staffing, and concessions coordination — turning every event into a fundraiser for Viking programs while building youth interest in Holmen athletics and activities.

Events Committee
Plans and runs the club's signature fundraiser, the annual Booster Bash and Bash Games — setting goals and budget, securing the venue, catering, entertainment, and volunteers, and recognizing our sponsors while giving everyone a great night.

Scholarship Committee
Oversees the Booster Club scholarships — maintaining the eligibility criteria and rubric, promoting the opportunity to eligible students and families, and running a fair, objective, and confidential review to recognize student achievement, participation, leadership, and service.

Concessions Committee
Runs the concession stands that power our fundraising — inventory, menu and pricing, payments and food-safety, plus recruiting and scheduling volunteers with a point-and-credit system that gives programs credit for the hours they work.

Sponsorship Committee
Builds and keeps our relationships with local businesses and community partners — setting sponsorship packages, recruiting new sponsors, and making sure every partner receives meaningful recognition for the support they give Holmen students and activities.

Engagement and Communications Committee
Grows membership and community visibility — defining membership value and running outreach, keeping the website, newsletter, and social media current, supporting parent representatives, and serving as the club's primary voice to families and the broader community.
