WHAT A PARENT REP DOES
Carry the Message
Share Booster Club news, membership drives, and volunteer needs with your team's families — and bring your team's questions back to the club.
Champion Your Program
When your team needs equipment or support, the rep helps the coach bring the request to a monthly meeting — where members vote to fund it.
Staff the Stand
Coordinate concession workers for your program's assigned events — with the club's templated emails to make recruiting easy. (Winter is the busiest stretch.)
Boost the Bash
Help your program show up for the Booster Bash — raffle basket coordination, sponsor connections, and cheering your families into the room.
How the year works: rep terms run September through August. Each program's coach or advisor identifies a rep by late August and holds a short kickoff meeting to set the year's game plan — and the club keeps reps supplied with meeting notices, ready-to-send email templates, and an updated role guide every season.
YOUR PARENT REPS
High school programs each have a parent rep. Open seats are waiting for a volunteer — maybe you?

MONTHLY REP UPDATES
Each month the club sends parent reps a short update to pass along to their team's families — what got funded, what's coming up, and where help is needed. Reps also kick off each year at the Coach & Parent Rep Social (next one: August 12 at the Holmen American Legion — it's on the events calendar).
BE YOUR TEAM'S REP
If your program's seat is open — or you want to share it with another parent — tell us and we'll get you set up before the season starts. And if your group isn't listed yet, we're happy to expand: any Holmen program with an interested parent is welcome at the table.
